He is a young man with a lot of initiative and impulse, so he founded Metro Gourmet as a new concept of catering. He developed an avant-garde cuisine with varied and excellent gastronomic proposals. With this concept, he decided to open Metro Bistro – Templo de Debod, after 4 years and given the great demand of the clients he had the opportunity to open a second restaurant in front of Plaza Mayor and thus be able to reach more people who love good food and drinks from all over the world, combined with the work of his team, his creativity, distinction, and good taste make the difference that characterizes it.
